The Exhibitor Manual for Breakbulk Middle East 2021 outlines all the details that will help you to have the most productive exhibiting experience. There can be a lot to do, but the information provided will help you plan your participation in a timely, cost-effective manner. The COVID-19 Exhibitor Guidance is a comprehensive set of guidelines for exhibitors that set out new or enhanced measures that we are advising all exhibitors should take or seriously consider, in order to protect themselves and their staff. Please read this guidance carefully as some of the new measures set out are mandatory and failure to comply could result in prohibition from entering the venue.
These guidelines must be used in conjunction with this Exhibitor Manual.

Exhibitor Move-in/Build Up
- Sunday, 7 February 2021: 08:00 – 20:00 Contractor Only Move-in (Space Only Stands)
- Monday, 8 February 2021: 08:00 – 20:00 Exhibitor & Contractor Move-in/Build-up Exhibitors with shell scheme provided by GES may enter for build up during this time.
All exhibitors/contractors must be done decorating and exit the exhibition hall by 20:00.
Exhibition Hall & Event Dates
- Tuesday, 9 February 2021: 10:00 – 18:00
- Wednesday, 10 February 2021: 10:00 – 16:00
Exhibitor Move-out/Breakdown
- Wednesday, 10 February 2021: 16:00 – 20:00 – Shell Scheme Stands, 16:00 – 22:00 Space Only Stands
- Thursday, 11 February 2021: 08:00 – 12:00 (Midday) Space Only Stands
PLEASE NOTE: All exhibitors and space only contractors must clear the exhibit hall of all goods by 12:00 (midday) on Thursday, 11 February, as the organiser cannot be held responsible for any items left unattended after this time.
DELIVERY OF EXHIBITS
Exhibitors planning to transport their goods through an international courier are advised to use the services of our official contractor Agility.
If you are intending to have goods delivered to your stand it is important that you arrange for a representative of your company to be at your stand to receive them. Neither the Organisers, DWTC nor Agility can accept delivery of any goods and also cannot accept responsibility for any goods delivered to unmanned stands.
If you need to have something delivered to your stand, or you are using a courier to make a delivery, we strongly advise to send them by recorded delivery or registered post. Any such items should then be signed for personally by exhibitors. Please arrange to have your packages addressed as follows and we will direct deliveries to your stand.
